Costing Services Group successfully provided Conceptual Cost Estimating services to Tallahassee, FL based, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU). FAMU’s newest residential facility, a living-learning community (LLC) called the Palmetto North Project, consists of 440 new beds and replaces the presently closed Palmetto North Housing facility. An LLC is an environment where students are placed together based on a common major, common interest, or common program affiliation assignments.
