All Cost Analysts have design and construction experience to relate to each discipline in a meaningful and practical manner. CSG has been a participant on more than 25 award-winning design teams. Phased estimates are prepared as often as necessary, but at least one for each formal design phase during the project. At these points an accurate assessment of building costs are made. If these phased estimates indicate cost problems, the Costing Team working with the Design Team can devise alternatives and adjustments that will bring the cost back in line.
