Project: ARC Judicial Center
CSG prepared phased cost estimates for this 188,000 SF project. The design includes deep foundations, a concrete structure, a green roof system, and a brick and limestone exterior wall finish system. The judicial center will offer courtrooms for all court functions, a sally port with holding cells, and offices for employees and judges. The estimated construction cost was $48 million.
