CSG recently completed cost estimating for the new Georgia State University College of Law building in downtown Atlanta. The 205,000 SF, $58.7 million building designed by SmithGroup and Stevens & Wilkinson is six stories with twenty-one state-of-the-art classrooms, including courtrooms of varying sizes and a 230-seat appellate courtroom. The law library occupies the top two floors and offers quiet and collaborative work spaces, a casual café and terrace. The architecturally distinctive and environmentally sustainable building also features a 200+ seat conference center, an arbitration center and legal clinics.
