Project: Atlanta Beltline
CSG coordinated the cost estimating on the first phases of this streetscape/greenway project. This $13.7 million project involves the transformation of an old trolley and train track corridor into a walking/running/biking path with space for future light rail. In addition to the new paths and grading, consideration was made for interfacing existing pedestrian walkways and adapting bridges and overpasses to allow for improved access.
CSG’s estimating responsibilities for the Beltline Project have been expanded to stretch from Monroe Dr to Glenwood Ave. CSG has recently completed the Schematic Design Estimate for this section of the Atlanta Beltline Project named the “Eastside Corridor.” CSG will continue providing Cost Management services through additional design phases and on additional areas of the Atlanta Beltline Project.
