Project: Garrett Middle School
CSG performed the cost management on this 144,000 SF building. This single-story middle school consisted of selective renovations as well as additions to the existing building, The new spaces include a cafeteria, offices, three identical wings of science classrooms with science storage, a healthcare science classroom, business and technology education labs, and two special education classrooms. The total estimated construction cost was $13 million.
