Project: Coca Cola Consolidated Facility, Atlanta, GA
CSG provided cost consulting services for this Master Plan and evaluation of 14 existing buildings. The project includes upgrading security and technology access as well as the re-working of spaces to meet efficiency requirements. The buildings evaluated were 656,000 SF, on a 60 acre site with an estimated construction cost of $98 million.
