Project: Hampton Park Public Library
CSG provided cost management services on this new 22,920 SF project. The exterior skin includes both stone veneer and fiber cement board wall finishes along with standing seam, fiberglass shingles, and modified bitumen roofing. The interiors design consists of traditional library spaces with areas for stacks as well as a gallery and multi-purpose room. Total estimated construction cost was $3.7 million.
