Project: Hardman Farm
This historic center was originally constructed in 1869. The project focused on renovating the 3,200 SF building, including restoring the existing brick, refurbishing the existing windows, providing new stained wood flooring, and refurbishing the existing wood ceiling. The scope also involved adding new pedestrian trails that connect the parking lot with the existing buildings. CSG provided multiple phased estimates during the design. The total estimated construction cost was $2.9 million.
