Project: University of Virginia Housing
In an effort to revamp their dormitories, UVA implemented a phased plan that would demolish existing dorms and replace them with new residence halls. CSG participated in the estimating efforts of five dorms outlined in Phases 2, 3, & 4. The residence halls estimated totaled 320,000 SF, with a total estimated construction cost of $96.1 million. While providing students with traditional dormitory features, each residence hall offers study/classrooms and wireless internet access point throughout.
