Project: North Carolina Women’s Correctional Healthcare, Raleigh, NC
CSG produced phased cost estimates for this new 106,000 SF prison healthcare facility. the project included modular holding cells, exam rooms, and surgical facilities. CSG cost managers led the estimating efforts and headed the reconciliation and value engineering sessions. The estimated construction cost was $40.1 million.
