Project: Emory University North Oxford Rd Building and Parking Deck
CSG performed cost analysis, market surveys and fully detailed cost estimates for the construction of the new multi-purpose building and four-story parking deck structure. The design included shell space for a campus book store and shell space for a coffee shop. The exterior architecture matches the campus standard Italian Renaissance style. The estimated construction cost was $31 million.
