Project: UGA Butts-Mehre Expansion, Athens, GA
The $27.6 million UGA Butts-Mehre facility included renovations of the existing athletic department building and construction of a new multi-story addition. This state of the art athletic complex features an indoor practice field, meeting rooms for each football position, a 12,000 SF weight room, an expanded health center for injured players, multiple film rooms, and new offices for coaches. The 105,000 SF project was completed in February 2011. CSG provided phased cost estimates and value engineering services throughout the project design.
