Project: Cherokee County Aquatic Center
CSG provided cost management services on this new 50,000 SF aquatic center. The facility has a structural steel frame with metal stud and CMU back-up. The exterior finishes feature 4” split-faced block veneer, composite metal panels, stone veneer, and GFRC panels. The total estimated construction cost was $16 million. The project bid in November 2011 within 3.5% of CSG’s final cost estimate.
