Anita S. Greiner – CEO

Anita Greiner was one of the founding partners in Costing Services Group in 1979.  As partners sought other pursuits, she was able to purchase more interest in the company and in 1992 became the 100% stock holder.  CSG was incorporated in 1983.  Her B.A. and M.A. degrees are from Georgia State University.

She has built the firm from the original four members to a maximum of 18 people in the mid nineties.  She has directed the company’s finances and business functions since its inception and has been ultimately responsible for staffing decisions.  She makes all financial decisions for the company and makes all major equipment purchases.  She establishes short, medium and long term goals for the company.

Susan M. Smith AIA, CPE – Vice President/Director Of Technical Services

As Director of Technical Services, Susan is responsible for supervising the estimating staff to ensure that estimates are completed accurately and on schedule.

Susan’s particular expertise is in being able to put together an accurate preliminary estimate based on limited information. Her experience and training as an architect enables her to have a good understanding of all of the elements needed to supplement the design team’s information in order to produce a complete estimate based on the likely evolution of the documentation. In communicating with the design team, she is able to understand the goals of the design and can offer suggestions which may save money without harming the overall design.

Susan’s B.S. and M.Arch degrees are from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
